We provide a comprehensive range of services, including venue rental, event planning assistance, setup and teardown services, and access to a variety of event equipment as outlined through the Request a Quote process. Our goal is to make your event planning process seamless and
stress-free.

We do have in-house catering available! Clients are free to choose their preferred catering service to suit their event’s culinary needs. Outside caterers are welcome, however, please note that there is no kitchen available on-site for preparation. Contact us for recommended catering partners.

We accept payments through various methods, including e-transfers, cheques and cash. We will also accept Visa and Mastercard with an additional service fee of 3%.

Yes, a deposit of $50 is required to hold your chosen event dates. The deposit amount is specified during the booking process and is refundable per our refund policy.

When you rent one of our spaces, you are responsible for acquiring the necessary insurance for your event, as well as a liquor license. If you opt for the Cochrane Lions to provide Bar Service for your event, we will provide the liquor license for you!

Yes, we do provide a full cleanup service for the event space that you rent. This service can be added to your package and the price depends on the space you choose.
