Event Rental Center Refund Policy

Deposit Policy:

To secure your reservation, a refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is $50 for all events.

Refund Policy:

In the event of a cancellation by the Event Rental Center due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility unavailability, force majeure), a full refund of the deposit and booking payment will be issued.

If the customer has paid the deposit and then cancels, the deposit is refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the Event Rental Center.

Cancellation by Customer:

If the customer wishes to cancel the event and has already paid the full rental fee, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Cancellation 30 days before the event: 100% refund of the total rental fee.
  • Cancellation 14 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fee.
  • Cancellation within 13 days of the event: No refund.
Changes to Event Date/Time:

Changes to the event date or time are subject to availability and must be communicated to the Event Rental Center as soon as possible. A change fee may apply.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit may be required to cover any damages, losses, or additional cleaning fees incurred during the event. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days (as defined) after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the Event Rental Center’s policies.

Force Majeure:

The Event Rental Center shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, including refund obligations, if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its control, such as acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Legal Implications:

By making a deposit or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees.

The Event Rental Center reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding payments, damages, or losses incurred as a result of the customer’s violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
